Wow: Selena Gomez and The Weeknd Have Broken Up

Selena Gomez and The Weeknd have officially ended their 10-month-long relationship, according to People.

Fans were skeptical on Sunday after The Weeknd unfollowed Gomez's family members and close friends on Instagram. Who got the boot? Gomez's mom and Francia Raisa (a.k.a. the former owner and donator of Selena's kidney). We all go on social media cleaning sprees every now and then, but to unfollow the woman who gave your girlfriend a kidney seemed a touch suspicious.

Their breakup might explain why the "Good For You" singer was spotted with her former love, Justin Bieber, over the weekend. 

Jelena is back baby! 

(In a platonic, supportive-ex type of way.) 

On Sunday morning the two were photographed together at breakfast in Westlake Village. Justin, clad in a white hoodie emblazoned with the word "homeslice," then joined Selena for church service.

How exactly the two rekindled communication is under speculation. It’s possible Bieber reached out to his first love after her kidney transplant this past summer. Though the two broke up in 2012, they have continued to support one another from afar, leaving encouraging comments on each other's Instagram posts. 

Jelena shippers were over the moon with excitement.
