Kanye West Refuses To Be In Kardashians’ Christmas Card

The Kardashians are set to pose for their annual Christmas card and Kanye West is “refusing to be in it,” begins an inaccurate tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this claim. We’re told it’s “false.”

According to The Sun, after scrapping last year’s card in the wake of Kim Kardashian’s robbery in Paris, the family is again coming together to pose for this year’s card. The problem, alleges the British tabloid, is that West has supposedly said he has no interest in being in it and it’s causing tension between him and his wife. The untrue story seems to have grown out of Kris Jenner recently telling People that Kim is “organizing the Christmas card shoot this year.” But “Kim’s husband Kanye is currently refusing to take part,” asserts the paper, which notes the singer “feels the photo shoot would be a waste of a day.”

To lend credence to its article, the tabloid quotes a so-called “source” as saying, “Kim has ordered Kanye to be there, he’s protesting he’s got a million other engagements.” The alleged insider further maintains, “Kim thinks the whole family should be in the card together… It’s a bit tense as Kanye doesn’t want to do it, but Kim really wants him to be there.” “It is not known exactly which members of the Kardashian-Jenner family will take part in the 2017 card, but Kanye definitely doesn’t want to be in it,” adds the outlet.

It appears the paper doesn’t really have a very solid source for its story, because it also admits it doesn’t know whether Scott Disick or Caitlyn Jenner will be in this year’s Christmas card. Nor is it certain any adult family members will take part since the last card in 2015 only featured Kris Jenner’s grandchildren. So, even though the tabloid acknowledges it has no information about who will be in the annual Kardashian Christmas card, it wants its readers to believe it has the inside scoop on West’s participation and how “Kim ordered Kayne to be there”?

Here’s a newsflash: West has never been in the Kardashians’s Christmas card, and there’s been no talk about him breaking that holiday tradition. Gossip Cop has learned that West has not “refused” to do the card, nor has Kim “ordered” him to be at the shoot. It’s all made-up. Kim’s own rep exclusively assures us that the Sun’s Christmas story is “false.”

Actually, it’s seems like a Christmas tradition for the tabloid to publish an untrue story about West and his wife. Last December, we busted the outlet when it wrongly maintained that Kim banned West from he Kardashians’s annual Christmas Eve party. In that made-up article, the paper claimed, “Kim ordered husband Kanye to stay away” from the family bash because their marriage was supposedly “over.” As Gossip Cop noted at the time, and as time has proved us right, West was actually in attendance at the Christmas party, their marriage is fine, and the newspaper relied on a terrible Kardashian and West “source.” Apparently, not much has changed in the past year.
