LIVE: 100,00 Athletes From 27 Countries To Participate In Iagos Marathon Race

No fewer  than 100, 000 athletes to be participating in the second edition of Lagos state Marathon sponsored by Access Bank.....
In addition, 64 elites athletes from 26 Countries and 102 from Nigeria as well as 30 special athletes to be participating in the Marathon which is to start from National stadium surulere and terminate at Eko Atlantic city in Victoria island...

Governor Ambode, during the opening ceremony said that all the government agencies participating in the ceremony have been adequately mobilised so lagosians should expect the best.

The lagos state chairman of Sports  commission said the event is meant to showcase the excellence of Lagos state to the world and to encourage the Sporting activities among the people...
